Transportation and Travel Information
BTS Skytrain (Most Convenient)
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Nana BTS Station (Skytrain Sukhumvit Line) — great for traveling around central Bangkok (Siam, Asok, Phrom Phong, etc.).
MRT Subway
Sukhumvit MRT Station on the Blue Line is also nearby (about a 10-minute walk).
Bus Routes
Several bus lines stop near the hotel, including routes like 2, 185, 501, 511 and more. These can be useful for local routes but are slower due to traffic.
Ferry (Khlong Boats)
You can reach the Nana Chard/Khlong Saen Saep boat pier within ~10–15 minutes on foot for cross-city travel by water taxi.
From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
Option 1 — Airport Rail Link + BTS
Take the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi to Makkasan/Phaya Thai.
Switch to the BTS Sukhumvit Line toward Nana Station.
Walk ~200 m to the hotel (Sukhumvit Soi 11).
Fastest in traffic, but with luggage it’s a bit of walking + transfers.
Option 2 — Taxi or Ride-Share
Metered taxi / Grab from BKK to the hotel takes ~40–60 min depending on traffic.
Expect a fare of approx 300–500 THB plus express-way tolls from the airport.

Flexible and Transparent Policies
We understand that plans can change. To provide peace of mind, our flexible policies allow you to adjust your accommodation plans as needed.
Cancellation Policy:
120+ days before: Cancellations made more than 120 days before the event are subject to a $200 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded.
Less than 100 days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 100 days of the event. However, delegates can opt to carry over their accommodation fees to a future event or receive a credit shell for future use.
Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, terrorism, or political instability, Precision Global Conferences reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided, but delegates will be allowed to transfer their registration fees and accommodation fees to future events.
We also disclaim liability for bodily injury, loss of property, or damage to attendees during or after the conference.
