I am Harshika Poojary, a PhD scholar at MIT, Manipal, India working in the field of analytical chemistry and material science, with a focus on designing and developing functional materials for analytical applications. My work involves synthesizing and modifying sorbent materials such as MOFs, DVB, and HLB, and integrating them with substrates like glass fiber, satin, and carbon fiber. I apply analytical techniques, particularly GC-MS, for the detection and quantification of environmental pollutants. My research interests include advanced materials, microextraction techniques, and sustainable approaches for environmental analysis.
